AirFried Herbed Salmon with Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet

  • Brown rice

  • Italian herbs

Directions:

  1. Add 1 cup of brown rice to 1.5 cups of water & cook in a rice cooker or saucepan for about 30 mins.

  2. Preheat the AirFryer at 180C for 3 mins.

  3. Rinse salmon fillet with water & pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Sprinkle Italian herbs on the fillet.

  5. Spray/ brush some cooking oil on the grill pan. You may line the grill pan with baking paper instead, if you do not want to use oil.

  6. Place salmon fillet on the grill pan skin side down.

  7. Airfry the fillet for 15-20 mins, depending on how thick the fillet is, until the fillet is just cooked through.

  8. Flake the salmon with a fork, mix together with the cooked brown rice & serve to your waiting furby!
