Cheesy Herbed Chicken Ham & Vegetables Frittatas

Ingredients:

5 large eggs

3 slices of chicken or turkey ham (chopped)

1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)

1 cup frozen spinach (thawed, rinsed & excess water squeezed out)

2/3 cup pet milk (or low-fat milk, water or chicken stock if your pet is lactose-intolerant)

1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese

2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180C/ 350F.

  2. Beat 5 large eggs in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add chicken ham, bell pepper, spinach, pet milk, mozzerella cheese, parsley & dried Italian herbs into the egg mixture.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together.

  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with the mixture.

  6. Bake for 15-20 mins.

  7. Cool the frittatas on a cooling rack & serve to your waiting pets!
