RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Defective/Incorrect Items
Yakuza Pets does not have a return policy.
Exchanges will only be entertained in the following situations and MUST be communicated to us within 14 days upon delivery of items (shipment notification email). They must be completed within 30 days upon delivery of items.
Please note that no exchanges will be entertained after the window period. Items must be unwashed/unworn and be in brand new condition with tags to qualify.
All items purchased during a Sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for any exchanges/store credits.
1) An incorrect item is sent out.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address included on the parcel.

Customers are to return the items via normal mail with a certificate of posting from the post office.

Normal postage fees will be reimbursed in the form of store credits. In the situation that the same item is out of stock, store credits of the same amount will be given instead.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
We will only proceed with the exchange when we have received the returned item. The item will be mailed back to the customer via their initial mode of postage.
2) A defective item is sent out.
Please kindly contact us at yakuzapets@gmail.com with pictorial evidence of the manufacturing defect.
We will ascertain the defect and further advise you on the next course of action.
Do note that measurements may vary 0.5 to 0.75 inches as the apparels are mass manufactured. There may also be slight discrepancies in the colours of the items arising from the difference in computer screen resolutions. These are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Size Exchange
Should a wrong judgement call be made by the customer, a size exchange will be entertained only if there are available stocks.
A restocking fee of SGD2 per item will be imposed for such exchanges. Only one size exchange per item allowed. Do note that requests for exchanges for other items/colours will not be possible.
